Today 16th August 2010 we arrived at the Garda Commissioners Head Quarters and were told that the Garda Commissioner was gone away on Holidays by the Garda sergeant in control. We spoke with him about our grievances and requested that he arrange a meeting with the Garda Commissioner when he got back. This sergeant assured us that he would bring our complaints to the office of the Garda Commissioner Facthna Murphy and have him address the issues and questions that we need answered. We agreed that we would postpone our all out hunger strike and allow him the oportunity to hear what we have to say when he returns from his holidays. The Garda sergeant in control also assured us that our complaints would be forwarded to the relevant investigatory sections and dealt with from there.In the meantime we are going to do some maintenance on our website because of the hacking attack, It has since been confirmed from our host that our site was indeed attacked. This is not a coincidence that this happened just before we were about to go about our hunger protest, this was a direct attack on us personally on you the general public to prevent the truth from been known and on the website. We have been informed by our lawyer that because our site is hosted in a country with laws that govern this as one been an indictable offence we intend to have this now fully recorded and fully investigated, we are determined that a prosecution will eventually occur.
Victims of the State apologise to everyone for any convenience that may be caused during the website maintenance, however it is intended to have the site fully functional again by Friday 17th September 2010. Again one must also bare in mind and you must be aware that we have had interference in all of our communications and should you have any difficulty getting in touch please log this so that when you do eventually make contact we can file this illegal interferrence also. Electronic interferrence is the same offence as if one was to interfere with ones mail. It is a criminal offence and an arrestable one.

When we fight for justice as one we fight the Golliath system, when we fight for justice together we will beat the Golliath system. Never be ashamed of something that wasn't your fault in the first place, like we were, come out and fight for justice, standing together, shame these people, we will eventually have them answer for their crimes, think not of the financial award but of the peaceful future we will all leave behind for our children. For to long have they paid people to settle on the steps, for to long they have covered up only to continue on and do the very same all over again, for too long have they protected their criminal friends, for too long they have protected the abusers and then you guessed it they paid again and covered up again. For to long we the people have accepted these tactics and have given in too easy because of the colour of the money which they eventually take back anyway, now its time to fight back and show these criminals at the top we don't want their pay offs using our money in the first place, we want justice, not behind closed doors, however, but out in the open and in public arena for all to see, where it should be in the first place and prevent these criminals at the top from doing the very same again.
