Will The Irish People Unite?
Does any other Irish Person think that Greece seem to be leading the way forward? Once upon a time the people around the world looked to the Irish people for help as we were known as the peace keepers and a nation of people who could be counted on. Now we seem to be seen, as a nation of people who cannot be trusted, a nation who voted through a Lisbon Treaty (or did we!?) which made many promises but yet did not deliver on any of them, has anything really changed in that area? here is a thought for you the reader to ponder over, will you as an Irish Person be as proud once you have read on further is the question. So here goes, you the reader would obviously be aware that our national St. Patricks Day as every one knows is the biggest celebrated day around the world even bigger than christmas day. This provides for the Irish to be revered around the world as a strong nation, a nation of trust worthy people. However have you the reader ever asked your question why and how did this come to be?
The Irish need to wake up and realise that our reputation is in reality, now being damaged around the world every day. The Irish are now becoming but just another nation of people, a nation that is no longer been seen as a stand out nation. We the Irish are now been seen as a nation of people who just stand back an allow all the corruption in our country to go unchallenged, we are seen as a nation of people who are drug dealers, bank thieves, developer thieves, political thieves, paedophile protectors, police protecting criminals and just about anything else the social elite criminals throw at us. In reality the Irish nation iand its people is simply being seen as a threat and very risky to associate with by other nations around the world. The Irish people have to wake up and smell the heather and wake up soon, come to terms with the reality of all this and deal with it promptly and unite together, leaving all political goals etc behind for now, the isolation tactics have gone on for way to long, as the saying goes united we will stand - divided we shall fall.
The Irish People need to realise that all the positions at the top have been taken over. People may protest individually, but you as an individual will never get anywhere now will you. Just ask yourself who are you going to complain to? do you really think that anyone in a position of authority who are beholden to one another will really go against the grain? For example if you the reader were one of the unlucky ones who has had to recently deal with the corrupt bankers, who would you have complained to? the Government Appointed Financial Regulator who has since had to remove himself from office for irregularities. So turning one complaint now into two complaints who would you then complain to for justice? the Government who appointed the regulators position in the first place? Ok moving on who would you then complain to, the Garda Force! have you the reader, read the Morris Tribunal, the Murphy reports, the Boylan Drug story amongst others. Who would you complain to now then, think about it for a moment before you answer. Who do you actually complain to? oh and the main stream media won't write your story either, so don't even bother to think of making a statement "well I will go to the newspapers" it doesn't work and the Social Elite know it doesn't work, why, because they also control the newspapers, come on now wake up.
This country has seen it's fair share of scandals which never seem to stop now does it. However the people should not be seen to just simply give up. The one party state and all of its Governement appointees and that includes all civil servants should be shown by way of an all out strike by the Irish people that enough is enough.
Just think for a moment, why are all these people at the top, engaged in some form of criminality, especially while earning salaries of €500,000 and upwards (is this not enough) while people on the social welfare (not because they want to be there) with children have to survive on less than €200 euro per week. with more draconian taxes just passed to keep the Social Elite's Pockets lined. This is a sick society we are all now forced to live in, however this society is only allowed to continue the way it is because there seems to be no such thing as people solidarity in this country any longer. We the Irish people take a beating and just walk away, we the Irish people give up our jobs and just walk away, we the Irish people allow the financial purse for our childrens future to be robbed and plundered daily and we the Irish people just walk away, we the Irish people are abused of our sovereign constitutional rights everyday and we the Irish Sovereign People just walk away. We the irish people walk away from the Social Elite criminals all in Positions of Authority at the Top who commit daily crimes and we continue to walk away and let others do the fighting for justice for us, we the Irish people should feel embarrassed. We the Irish People and the Irish Nation should be ashamed, for we the Irish people complain but yet stand back and never do anything to help except complain and let this happen. Why not this time around do something except just complaining about it, make the effort come out on the streets in unity, that means every MAN, WOMAN AND CHILD and show this dictatorship that we are forced to live under that we mean business, enough is enough and it has to stop, arrests have to be made and that means starting at the very top. More Strikes In Greece - The Greeks Leading The Way
New nationwide strikes hit Greece
VOTS has at all times called for an all out srike in this country to show this Governement and any other member of the one party state, that the Irish People mean business when it comes to treating the Irish Sovereign People with respect the irish People who are the real employers of this dictatorship in all our Governement offices the Irish are now having to put up with. Public services have shut down across Greece as workers took part in a new nationwide general strike that disrupted public transport, left hospitals operating on emergency staff and stopped all news broadcasts.
Tension mounted in the country's main port of Piraeus where hundreds of demonstrators from a Communist Party-backed union attempted to prevent tourists and locals from boarding ferries to Aegean islands, even though a court had declared seamen's participation in the strike illegal.
Although some ships did leave early on Tuesday morning, not all passengers managed to board.
A similar strike by two seamen's unions last week left thousands of travellers stranded for a day in Piraeus. Shipping companies and officials in Greece's vital tourism industry strongly criticised the government for not taking action to stop the strikers.
Tuesday's strike disrupted public transport, with bus, metro and tram drivers walking off the job for several hours. The country's airports remained open and international flights have been operating normally - although nearly 100 domestic flights were cancelled.
All news broadcasts were halted for the day, while no newspapers would be printed for Wednesday as journalists walked off the job.
The general strike was called by debt-ridden Greece's two major unions who oppose draft legislation that will increase retirement ages and make it cheaper for companies to fire workers.
Parliament is to start discussing the proposed reforms on Tuesday, in a debate expected to last more than a week. Despite opposition from several of its own lawmakers, the government - which holds a seven-seat majority in the 300-member house - is expected to win the final vote.
Unions are also planning more demonstrations in Athens. Protests during previous strikes have turned violent, and three employees died on May 5 in a bank torched by rioters.
Greece is caught in a major debt and deficit crisis. It only avoided bankruptcy last month after receiving the first instalment of a 110 billion euro emergency loan package from the European Union and the International Monetary Fund. In return, Athens passed painful austerity measures, cutting pensions and salaries and raising consumer taxes.

It is hard to grasp as to how this has escaped the attention of much of the media, the mainstream media seems to always issue a blackout when it suits them, particularly the broadcast media. The Boylan case seems to involve Garda conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, including the grossest betrayal that can happen, the passing on to a criminal of the details of a decent couple who did the right thing by the law. The details of how the senior Gardai reacted when this first came to light, plus their oversight procedures when it was all happening, will make interesting reading I'll bet...could there be numerous McBreaty and Frank Short style cases waiting to come out, if a new book written by Vicky Conway called the Blue Wall of Silence and the article issued by the Guardain Uk has anything to go by it seems the Garda Force are heading for some very tough times and hard questions that they may not be able to deal with.
Questions that should further be asked; Is the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission really an independent organisation or is it not? The Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission admits that it hands complaints about Garda members back to the Garda Commissioner and his force members for investigation, isn't this simply what the Garda Complaints board did in the past? Isn't this the very reason why the so called independent Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission had to be set up in the first place? It seems very clear and plain to see just from this practice alone that this would not be a form of independent inquiry and the independence, publicly announced, is simply not the case here at all. The Metropolitan Police, the London-based flagship constabulary of the British police force, has been criticised by a Judge for running a multi-million pound illegal drugs cartel and money laundering operation, without permission. (Yes, they usually have permission to do so, particularly through "Special Branch" -- a secretive police department closely associated with British intelligence.)
It is common practice for the British authorities to set up and operate drugs and money laundering cartels. Without the full cooperation of customs officials and law enforcement agencies it would obviously be extremely risky, and preclusively difficult to import the huge quantities drugs required to sustain the lucrative UK black-market.
Undercover operations provide a superb cover for the highly profitable government-controlled drug trade. Individual petti drug dealers are arrested so that operations in which police mingle with criminals can be called a success. Any drugs cartel that dares to compete with the state-sponsored operation is dealt with swiftly and effectively, either through the courts or by the "gang-land" killings that we have all learned to accept in the daily news. Whether or not police officers who associate with criminals are tempted toward corruption, wittingly or unwittingly they act as cogs in the mechanism of the criminal underworld. In reality, these operations do not reduce crime, they actively and prolifically create it. Where do all the profits go?
This case only made the headlines because lawyers, acting for criminals who the police used for a year and then arrested, called for an inquiry. The Judge subsequently announced that the police forgot to obtain permission from "the Director of Public Prosecutions, the Head of the Crown Prosecution Service, the Treasury Counsel, or senior barristers who advise the government." This standard response is carefully worded to mislead ordinary members of the public. It does not say that the authorities would not approve such an operation, only that they did not in this case. Most people will conclude that the police would never be allowed to be involved in crime.
The latest court case lasted 400 days and cost stg£25 million pounds. Nobody was convicted, and of course there was never any question of putting police officers on trial for the many tonnes drugs they knowingly sold or the multi-millions of money they knowingly laundered.
As usual the ordinary people, tax payers, drug addicts and the victims of their petti crimes, will have to pay for the rich men's games.

Scotland Yard claimed last night that the future of covert police work was under threat after a court ruling that some of its officers had committed a "state-created crime" during a sting aimed at trapping suspected money launderers.
A total of stg£15m was brought to London hidden in suitcases, laundered by undercover police officers and then returned to alleged drug dealers over a three year period, the court heard.
A prosecution based on the sting was thrown out at Southwark crown court yesterday after a judge described the police actions as "massively illegal".
Judge George Bathurst-Norman allowed 10 defendants to walk free after saying that the police had "overstepped the line between legitimate crime detection and unacceptable crime creation".
He added: "They offered a wholly exceptional opportunity to others to commit crime. ...
"I have come to the conclusion that what the police did amounted to state-created crime."
In a statement, Mr Bossino's solicitors, Burton Copeland, called for an inquiry "into how the Metropolitan police thought it fit to conduct an illegal and unauthorised undercover money laundering operation for so many years.
"In this case it has been found that the Metropolitan police, considering themselves to be above the law, have committed serious criminal offences both in the United Kingdom and Gibraltar.

The Curse Of The Irish Versus France

Something has got to be said about the curse of the Irish. First France cheat their way into the world cup and now look what happens, there is war in the French camp. The Irish have won the world cup without even going there. Hey lads if you don't want to be there we know a team that should be there and would rightfully take their place. Maybe if FIFA was to look at the replay of the qualifier match again, then maybe we could send the Irish out to South Africa with a few plastic hammers and cheer the place up. We could show the Africans how to sambo with a sambo Irish style....

Iceland rewrites law to create haven for investigative reporting

Iceland has passed a sweeping reform of its media laws that supporters say will make the country an international haven for investigative journalism. The new package of legislation was passed unanimously at 4am yesterday in one of the final sessions of the Icelandic parliament, the Althingi, before its summer break.
Created with the involvement of the whistleblowing website Wikileaks, it increases protection for anonymous sources, creates new protections from so-called "libel tourism" and makes it much harder to censor stories before they are published.
"It will be the strongest law of its kind anywhere," said Birgitta Jonsdottir, MP for The Movement party and member of the Icelandic Modern Media Initiative, which first made the proposals. "We're taking the best laws from around the world and putting them into one comprehensive package that will deal with the fact that information doesn't have borders any more."
Wikileaks has been involved in the drafting of the package of laws alongside Ms Jonsdottir from the beginning of the process more than a year ago. Its founder, Julian Assange, worked from Iceland on the organisation's release of the incendiary video of an apparently unprovoked American helicopter attack in Iraq that left eighteen people dead, including two journalists.
Mr Assange did not respond to requests for comment via email yesterday. But in February, he wrote: "All over the world, the freedom to write about powerful groups is being smothered. Iceland could be the antidote to secrecy havens ... it may become an island where openness is protected – a journalism haven."
Because the package includes provisions that will stop the enforcement of overseas judgements that violate Icelandic laws, foreign news organisations are said to have expressed an interest in moving the publication of their investigative journalism to Iceland. According to Ms Jonsdottir, Germany's Der Spiegel and America's ABC News have discussed the possibility.
More immediately, it is hoped that the changes will rebuild the Icelandic public's belief in the press. "Trust in the media was very high before the crash, but then it sank," said Hoskuldur Kari Schram, a reporter with Stod 2 television in Reykjavik. "Maybe this will be a step in the right direction."
Mr Schram added that it would have an immediate effect: "It will affect my relationship with sources right away. It will make my job a whole lot easier."
But there was doubt overseas that the international ramifications would be as powerful as the law's Icelandic proponents claim. "As an exercise in aspirations, it's a bold and important endeavour," said Professor Monroe Price, founder of the programme in comparative media law at Oxford University. "But if it's a significant issue like a national security question, then the charging jurisdiction will figure out ways of asserting its power."
UK media organisations will watch developments closely. The British system has come under particular scrutiny recently, facing criticism that it is too easy to exercise censorship of stories and over libel provisions widely perceived as excessively favourable to complainants. Last year California enacted a law that allowed local courts to refuse to enforce British libel judgements.
According to Ms Jonsdottir, a poet and writer, the provocation of a larger global conversation on the subject is crucial to the success of the new legislation. "It's going to have an impact but it's also going to be symbolic," she said.

Secret government promises big changes

The secret government of the US and EU has promised a major overhaul in the wake of the warning it got from the Chinese secret society, according to a senior Japanese public security police officer and Freemason who has been acting as an intermediary with the Chinese secret society. “Expect big changes this autumn,” he said in comments confirmed by a member of the Japanese royal family. “What you will be seeing is the unwinding of George Bush senior’s 50-year campaign to turn the U.S. into a fascist regime,” the secret police agent says. “George Bush senior is now a broken man showing signs of senile dementia,” he adds.
If the sources are to be believed, U.S. President George Bush’s government will resign, before his term expires, and will be replaced by an interim regime headed by Al Gore. This will start a 2-3 year transition period during which suppressed technology, such as free energy, will be released and a new system for running the planet will be implemented, according to these two sources. “They [The illuminati] know their rule is ending but they do not want it to end in an ugly way,” the security police source says.
The recent market turmoil, including the Chinese threat to sell dollars, was part of the bargaining towards major changes in the secret balance of power, we are told.
Certainly there are some encouraging signs. The tearful resignation of U.S. presidential “brain” Karl Rove removes a central lynchpin of Bush’s regime. Since it follows six other resignations; it does look like rats abandoning a sinking ship.
In Japan, meanwhile, the victory of the opposition Democratic Party in the recent upper house elections could lead to the end of the Iraq and Afghan wars. Japan Democratic Party leader Ichiro Ozawa has promised to block renewal of an “anti-terrorist” bill that allows Japan’s Self-Defense Forces to provide considerable logistical support to the U.S. sponsored wars in the region. Without that support, it is unlikely the U.S. will have enough money or military might to continue the wars.
Since this follows UK Prime Minister Brown’s vow to remove British troops with or without U.S. approval, it will mean the Bush regime has lost its last big war allies. Brown also publicly rebuked Bush during a recent visit by doing such things as pointedly refusing to take home a souvenir he was given.
There are also signs the Japanese election was manipulated behind the scenes to promote a Democratic Party victory in Japan. Just before the election, the Japanese mainstream media suddenly began reporting heavily about a pension scandal the JDP has been talking -unreported- about for at least 5 years. This was crucial for their victory. We may see a general election as early as this fall, followed by the birth of a JDP government and an end to the post-war Japanese regime. It could be a sign of diminished Rockefeller influence in Japan. However, it is not a sign of diminished illuminati control of Japan since Ozawa is himself a Freemason.
Despite the positive developments, the biggest worry is all the public hints about a new “terrorist attack” on the U.S. to be used as an excuse to trigger martial law. However, such an attack at this time “would fool nobody,” the sources said. Many U.S. citizens might be fooled but no other government in the world would believe it. “The secret government knows they cannot use their old tricks anymore,” the sources said.
The Chinese secret societies meanwhile, are watching carefully for any sign of new attempts to spread disease or otherwise carry out genocidal attacks. They only give one warning and have now initiated a news blackout. I am not in the loop about what they would do if a new breach was found but, they did say whatever action they took would be “unpredictable and worse than expected.”
At the same time, an anti-Rothschild alliance has been formed in Tokyo. They warn that the entire Bush regime was probably set up as a “bad cop” to scare people in the arms of the EU “good cop.” They say there may be other surprises, possibly including a fake UFO invasion that Henry Kissinger hinted at during the 1991 Bilderberg meeting. “We will have to look at least four or five steps ahead in order to keep on top of these people,” the alliance says.
So far, the EU only consists of governments that are controlled in secret by the Rothschilds etc. (Turkey is also a Rothschild fief). Their secret parliament, the Bilderbergers, have already shown they are racist by refusing to allow any Japanese to join. As a result, any effort to turn the EU into the base of a world government is doomed to fail.
The anti-Rothschild alliance, (with the discreet backing of the Chinese secret societies), will be contacting leaders of Russia, China, India, the Muslim countries, South America, Africa etc. to create a global alliance that will demand a new way of running the planet.
The UN Security Council will have to be replaced with a new grouping that more accurately represents the people of this planet. As it stands, 4 out of the 5 permanent Security Council members are representatives of Caucasian nations even though only 17% of the world’s people are Caucasian. This global apartheid will have to end.
The world’s financial system will also have to be replaced with a more transparent and equitable system that relies on more than simple human selfish greed as the main incentive for transactions.
Once this is done, a three-year campaign against the five curses of humanity: war, poverty, environmental destruction, ignorance and disease could be carried out. This could be a test case for replacing the Hegelian system of pitting opposite forces against each other in war with a system for people to compete towards agreed upon peaceful goals.
The industries and lobbies that have depended on war and turmoil will have to be given new goals and direction. One possibility would be a long-term campaign to terraform Mars.
People will have to be patient, however. These changes will happen over a period of years, not months. In the meantime, let us see if the autumn surprise appears as promised.

Framing two men for a murder that never occurred. Orchestrating fake IRA bomb 'finds' either side of the border. Planting guns and drugs. False arrests, abuse of detainees and securing false confessions. These were the institutionalised activities in the Donegal division of Garda Síochána na hÉireann that were the subject of a landmark tribunal conducted by Justice Morris. In October 2008, after six years, the Morris Tribunal completed its work. Its findings catalogued corruption, negligence, misconduct and a blue wall of silence in an Garda Síochána na hÉireann, on an unprecedented scale. The reports also highlight the inadequacies of existing accountability systems that were reformed substantially mid-way through the work of the Tribunal, by the Garda Síochána Act 2005. The findings and recommendations of the Tribunal are particularly striking in a country where public confidence in the police has historically been exceptionally high, and criticisms of the police slow to be aired. The Blue Wall of Silence questions what contribution the Tribunal has made to the accountability of the Garda Síochána na hÉireann, asking not just whether it has held the Gardaí involved to account, but also what impact it has had on both the accountability apparatus and broader public and political attitudes towards an Garda Síochána na hÉireann. Has the Tribunal fundamentally altered perceptions of the Irish police or has its work been dismissed as a blip caused by a few rotten apples? Justice Morris warned that without substantial reform the activities documented could reoccur elsewhere in Ireland. Has a sufficient level of reform been achieved? In addressing these questions the book makes a substantial contribution to national and international debates on police accountability, raising within democratic societies the crucial relationships between official inquiries, policy reform and police governance.

Demand A Return OF Our Sovereign Rights
VOTS Ireland campaigns for general press access, the Sovereign Irish Peoples right, the real employers - and a declaration from the Political Elites that all discussions are made public, not private and kept from their true employers the Sovereign Irish People. This site brought to you by VOTS is an outlet for research on hidden political, cultural, economic 'mind-control'. There are many articles here and there throughout this site where the material needs some kind of interpretive 'lead-in' to be accessible, at times it may seem there is so much to take in, but that is the clever ploy so as to dumb out the real issue's. Just take a look around at all the drama that gets played out on a daily basis. A big issue arises in relation to corruption, lets take the banking crisis and the political involvement, questions start getting answered, then out of no where all the political parties start arguing about leadership challenges, yet the leadership remains, its just lies and deceit and it must be stopped, Vote for none of the parties, would be VOTS answer.
The expression 'The Power Elite' is familiar to most sociology buffs, but it is also neccessary to go into detail on some other powerful clandestine groups at times, which can often be then seen as 'Conspiracy Theory', however people need to stop letting the discovery and fight up to other people and get up off their backsides and start doing their bit. This site is not a place you can simply read and which will butter things up, this site will tell it as it is, simple fact.
Speculation posing as fact, as well as deliberate disinformation causes confusion about the real influence of the Social Elite - and this makes it easier for the skeptic to dismiss their influence as 'conspiracy theory'. But once one starts uncovering hard facts a consistent and more lucid picture emerges. The potential abuse of power by these Social Elite groups is almost too nightmarish to contemplate, so we might be forgiven for not wishing to delve further, however if we don't start to delve, the world will be one step closer to a new and even greater facist regime.

Ever since we were teenagers, the Irish people have found war and state terrorism difficult to explain simply in terms of 'human nature'. It is simply this Lunatic Social Elite family business, with their high salaried Policing system that isolates the localised family and destroys unity and community goodwill and self policing, we have become but slaves to a facists regime in our own country. Remember these Lunatics we the people whom employ and finance but who never solve crimes or have the interest to.
The reader should come to understand, over the years, that there is a tiny, hidden proportion of mankind for whom war, oppression and slavery are not a reluctant economic necessity but a carefully pursued benefit to their wealth and power. These individuals, that literally thrive on broken human spirits and spilt human blood, destroying the family unite, we must all work together to identify. VOTS calls for greater Individual Non-Mainstream press coverage of elite forums such as our Political Public representatives and should be based on the public's right to know (the true Political Elite Employers) what is being discussed at closed meetings of the most wealthy and powerful people in the world, attended by Irish Political representatives. When the future of mankind is by no means guaranteed, when the future of the Irish Sovereign people is in peril, knowledge of what goes on at these meetings is not a curiosity but a national necessity for the good of the Country and its people.

The people must now realise that this is a very clever method by the Social Elite to frustrate and isolate the family unit through tactfully introduced psychological pressure. In otherwords you are supposed to just shut up and go away. Why, because we are not listening, we don't have to. The Establishment will protect us the Social Elite, the public servants hide our mess, the police protect and cover up for us the Social Elite,we are above the Law and will continue to rob and plunder from you the tax payer and then in return treat you like the slaves that you are. Does any of this even remotely seem familiar to the reader here, if yes, then why let it continue any further, join together and clean out this whole rotten establishment once and for all.

One such example the Irish Taxpayer should consider is how often the general Irish Public has been landed with an enormous bill and further sickened by revelations within the Health Service Executive of cover-ups of abuse and child deaths amongst other issues. Post Office Would Not Disclose Source Of Information
VOTS was notified today that demands were made on a member of the general public for payment of a television license from An Post when the public member did not even need a television license. The rental accomodation was already serviced by a television license. However when An Post was contacted to obtain the source which supplied An Post with the public members name and address detail, the member of the public was told that An Post was not obliged to give this information to the public member.
The Public member goes on to further complain that the An Post letter he recieved, contained threatening language which in his opinion makes accusations of the law been broken and that a prosecution could ensue, without first establishing factual evidence that any offence had ever been committed. The public member claims that this is most threatening and forces a response which is time consuming. The public member went on to say that these are gorilla tactics been used, which are most upsetting and take up a person's quality time which could be spent elsewhere. This also creates a most distressing mental drain while having to deal with such torment and harrassment.
The public member states that this bares all the signs of intimidation and harrassment and is nothing short of a legal Tort of Trespass and false accusations and this will not be tolerated. The public member intends to contact the following authorities to establish his informational privacy rights.
1, Data Protection Ombudsman
2, The Financial Ombudsman
3, The An Post manager
4, All other relevant bodies whom may need to be contacted in relation to this matter.
The Public member explains that there are the number of offical bodies whom have to be contacted as the letter recieved contains numerous fractions of content which can only be dealt with by each office which have the authority and remit to do so. The public member states that this is blackguarding and needs to be highlighted in the public arena to stop any further attacks like this in the future on the general public.

VOTS asks why the people of Ireland are forced to pay a television license fee of €160 euro in the first instance. Should such a draconian practice be seen as state sponsored uncompetitiveness - given the fact that the majority of households in Ireland now regularly call upon other television payment services like Sky and the Internet for their entertainment. One has to wonder if people even watch the terrestial channels anymore. So the question really we have to ask ourselves is, why are the people in Ireland still forced to pay this fee. Should this television fee of €160 euro be seen as just another stealth tax placing more financial burden upon the Irish household?
The Public member goes on to further complain that the An Post letter he recieved, contained threatening language which in his opinion makes accusations of the law been broken and that a prosecution could ensue, without first establishing factual evidence that any offence had ever been committed. The public member claims that this is most threatening and forces a response which is time consuming. The public member went on to say that these are gorilla tactics been used, which are most upsetting and take up a person's quality time which could be spent elsewhere. This also creates a most distressing mental drain while having to deal with such torment and harrassment.
The public member states that this bares all the signs of intimidation and harrassment and is nothing short of a legal Tort of Trespass and false accusations and this will not be tolerated. The public member intends to contact the following authorities to establish his informational privacy rights.
1, Data Protection Ombudsman
2, The Financial Ombudsman
3, The An Post manager
4, All other relevant bodies whom may need to be contacted in relation to this matter.
The Public member explains that there are the number of offical bodies whom have to be contacted as the letter recieved contains numerous fractions of content which can only be dealt with by each office which have the authority and remit to do so. The public member states that this is blackguarding and needs to be highlighted in the public arena to stop any further attacks like this in the future on the general public.

Is The Rate Your Solicitor Website Part Of The System?
While speaking to the general people over the past while in relation to The rate Your Solicitor Website, VOTS has launched a full scale investigation into the workings of The Rate Your Solicitor Website and its administration team, findings to be published in the future.
VOTS has found what appears to be conflicting situations and evidence as published by the Rate Your Solicitor Administrator on its website dated 18th March 2010. Its appears that the Rate Your Solicitor website administrator first advertises www.legalline.ie at 2010-03-18 07:41:22 and then three and a half minutes later at 2010-03-18 07:54:59 advertises www.solicitorsonline.ie, Now why would the Rate Your Solicitor website and its administration staff do this you have to wonder?
Below there are screen shots included to support this evidence. What has come to the attention of VOTS is that while the Rate Your Solicitor website is supposed to highlight wrongful practices by solicitors. It infact goes without saying that The Rate Your Solicitor website seems to be actually advertising, a call a solicitor web service! Would anyone else think such a practice as been a serious conflict of interest? Remember people this was not advertisied by a member of the public on this website, this was advertised by the Rate Your Solicitor Administrator.
So Rate Your Solicitor, set up shop, lacerate the solicitors for their wrong doings, overtly collect all people's information i.e. what stages they are at and what their intentions are and then whalla!, you get directed right back to the very Solicitor's you are supposed to be investigating via a Premium telephone rate service to get more bad advice and misdirection!. But remember you are the one who will called that premium rate number!. Is it just VOTS, or does anybody else see a pattern here? VOTS now intend to speak with all the people who have been through the Rate Your Solicitor meetings, who have donated money and who may have had difficulties as some people report to have had. SHOULD THE IRISH FISHING INDUSTRY BE WORRIED
Will the BP oil leak reach Ireland's Coast line by December? Have a look at the information below and ask yourself this question. This is a serious amount of oil that is escaping into the Gulf Stream which feeds directly across to Ireland.
A supercomputer simulation conducted by the National Center for Atmospheric Research in conjunction with the Los Alamos National Laboratory indicates that the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico is likely to move up the East Coast. However, officials are (Credit: NCAR) stressing the results are a simulation and not a prediction.
The findings, detailed by NCAR, suggest that the Deepwater Horizon oil spill could extend "along thousands of miles of the Atlantic coast and open ocean as early as this summer."
According to NCAR:
The computer simulations indicate that, once the oil in the uppermost ocean has become entrained in the Gulf of Mexico's fast-moving Loop Current, it is likely to reach Florida's Atlantic coast within weeks. It can then move north as far as about Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, with the Gulf Stream, before turning east. Whether the oil will be a thin film on the surface or mostly subsurface due to mixing in the uppermost region of the ocean is not known.
