However when TD PJ Sheenan was caught for threatening a Female Garda while carrying out her duty and simply trying to stop him from driving drunk onto the public highway where other road users would have been endangered, where was Brian Cowen's voice then?
TD's driving down motorways the wrong way, TD's drunk while giving radio speeches, TD's threatening guards because they can't drive while drunk. Do we need to get Alcohol anonymous into Dáil Éireann or even better still, maybe the Dáil bar should be gotten rid of altogether as it seems to be causing a lot of problems and costing the tax payer a fortune and we are not talking just about the cost of drink here.
Let us the people gain access to the hidden files, the hidden archives that show all this corruption that has taken place and let us then the people charge these political idiots, their developer friends and their protectors with no less than High Treason. SOLID AND LIQUID HUNGER STRIKE UPDATE
Thank you to all the readers who have shown their support in this campaign for justice, we have been overwhelmed with the support. This will probably be the last website update before we begin our protest outside the Garda Commissioners Head Quarters in Pheonix Park, Dublin.
Since our website attack which brought our whole website down we have since had numerous attempts by the Garda Force to make further contact with us. This contact will not be entertained from the Force now on the Ground. This campaign can now only be heard by the Garda Commissioner himself in the public arena and many questions need to be answered truthfully by him.
Why the commissioner supports this type of abuse of power and waste of tax payers money which has facilitated a campaign of intimidation and harrassement against two innocent men. The Garda Force and the Garda Commissioner himself having ignored all complaints sent to him has a lot of explaining to do.
Since contacting the Commissioners office after our arrest last week where we were Finger printed and photographed having broken no laws a complete abuse of power, a complete disregard for our constitutional rights, this dictatorship must be now brought into the public and questioned how and why innocent people are been treated in this way while criminals roam free without a care in the world.
We have had a Garda member from the Waterford Garda Force try and contact Alan Evans by mobile phone which he cannot use any longer. Then a member of the Arresting officers who arrested Brian Sweeney based at Dungarvan Garda Station arrived back at the same address and stated that he was told to pass a message to Alan Evans to make contact with this Garda member in Waterford Garda Station. Alan Evans did not reply because he has no trust in the Garda force as does Brian Sweeney who also does not trust the Garda Force. Again the Garda Member from the Waterford Garda station tried again to contact Alan Evans via his mobile phone, again Alan Evans did not reply. At approx 9:30pm two Garda members would arrive at the Dungarvan Address once again and bang on the front door. I Brian Sweeney came out on my balconey, they asked could they come in, I Brian Sweeney refused asking what did they want this time? The Garda Sergeant stated that he was a liason officer and was there anything they could do, I Brian Sweeney said no there was not as this was at this satge well over there head.
They then asked could they just talk for a minute and could they do this at the door, I said no, you can talk to me from where you are, we have nothing to hide. At this stage a number of neighbours had come out on their own balconies and were standing there listening while all this was going on. All the while a visible marked Garda Car had been parked across the road from the Dungarvan address, in one sense simply defamation by sight. The Garda Sergeant then asked if we would like to speak with the Superintendent at Dungarvan Garda Station again I Brian Sweeney replied, look with no disrespect to you (the Garda Members) this is gone way above your heads and gone way above your Superintendents head. I asked were they going to do anything about the town twinning program and risks that may be brought to Dungarvan by FG Deputy John Deasy. I also asked what the EX Garda Cash Fund was all about and why there had been so many attempts on my colleague Alan Evans' life.
Alan Evans again the following evening received on his mobile telephone another message this time coming from Blanchardstown Garda Station, A Garda Inspector who asked Alan Evans to make contact with him by contacting a Garda Sergeant, it just seems that the Garda Force don't listen to well. this Garda Inspector member stated that they were the Garda station who were responsible for the policing of the Garda Head Quarters and wanted to know about our planned peaceful protest, it actually seems very strange why an outside Garda station would be responsible for policing the Garda Head Quarters? Alan Evans did not reply again as we no longer have any trust in the Garda lower ranks and refuse to speak at this stage to anyone but the Garda Commissioner himself. The Garda Commissioner is responsible for his forces actions and as previously stated he has a lot of questions to answer.
We are prepared to continue with our peaceful protest outside the Garda Commissioners Head Quarters until such time our questions have been answered and place the full responsibility on any harm which should befall us directly at the door of the Garda Commissioner for his refusal to deal with our complaints. We will continue our full Solid and Liquid hunger strike until such time. We have no interest in speaking with any other Garda members at this time as they seem to be incapable of dealing with bringing fair and proper justice to the real criminals in this country.
If we are in any way further intimidated, harrassed, arrested or even murdered we lay the blame at the Garda Commissioner and Minister for Justices offices and not just their offices but also in a personal capacity.
Again we hope to see as many people in support at this protest as this is not only about our complaints there are many innocent people whom have complaints not been investigated. It seems in this country that if you are a criminals who have more rights than the innocent people. You just have to look at the extent of the corruption in this country and weight up the odds as to who are the real liars and real criminals.
Numerous people have stated to over time that they would come out in protest only they would probably have no job to go back to. This is the very reason why everyone needs to stand together and bring an all out one day strike to this country and stand aginst this corruption once and for all. Bring this country to a standstill and show all these government bodies and that goes for all the political parties and Garda Force that the people of Ireland have had enough. By every one standing together they can no longer bully anyone and if they do we the people will support those who they attempt to bully and publish their experience on here. There are enough numbers in the lower ranks to take on the bad management structures within all governing bodies. These people must now be stopped.

There is a full all out Solid and Liquid Hunger strike planned for outside The Garda Commissioner's Head Quarters this coming Monday 16th August 2010 at 10am. All are welcome to help protest against this Garda Corruption however it is not asked that you Hunger strike but only lend support and help protest. We had written an extensive article last night Under the Future Protest News tab however as previously stated our website then came under attack. The remnants can be seen, we could have rewritten what had been initially published but we would rather leave it as it is as a reminder to the general public of the abuse of power and technology that is been used as a war against the people who simply look for honest justice.
We hope to see as many of you who may be possibly able to attend this protest we Alan Evans and Brian Sweeney have been left with no alternative but to bring this to a conclusion either way if that even means after to end their lives by staging this hunger strike. tTwo men that only wanted to go about their day peacefully.
It can no longer be stated that the theory that there are just a few bad Apples in the Garda Force, it now has to be seen that the full barrel is rotten from the top down. A full scale Morris type tribunal must now be immediately launched into the actions of The Garda Force on a national scale. Also all Garda Force Membership of all authorities and Independent boards citing the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission must be urgently and immediately terminated to prevent any further frustration of process which has to date resulted at all times with distress to the general public.
The Garda Force must now be held accountable on a national scale.
The Mercy Hurst Campaign Trail of Truth
Alan Evans and Brian Sweeney were arrested on 6th August 2010 at approx 9:10am in the morning, they were brought to two different Garda Stations. Alan Evans was brought to Waterford Garda Station and Brian Sweeney was brought to Dungarvan Garda Station.
Both men were finger printed and photographed upon the Orders of One, Garda Inspector Michael Lacey who is responsible for Garda Intelligence gathering and the Sex Offenders Intelligence gathering list. Why out of no where was this done to two innocent men who are trying to protect children? What exactly is Garda Inspector Michael Lacey trying to protect and who exactly is Garda Inspector Michael Lacey trying to protect. These arrests both happening at the same time were not a matter of coincidence.
There seems to be a serious conflict of interest here as Alan Evans and Brian Sweeney have been ongoing campaigners against a town twinning program which has been brought to our Irish Shores by Deputy John Deasey of Fine Gael. This twinning program is between Mercy Hurst College, Pennsylvania, Erie, USA and the Friary School in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford Ireland. This twinning program it is felt should be immediately stopped until questions have been answered in relation to events relating to sexual abuse which took place at the Mercy Hurst College. More information in relation to the abuse claims can be seen through the link provided http://predafile.blogspot.com/ this information has been brought to the attention of numerous political figures and the Dungarvan Gardaí, but yet this Mercy Hurst twinning program continued on and no stops were put in place until questions about this program were answered to put people at peace of mind.
Alan Evans and Brian Sweeney want to know why their finger prints and photographs were ordered to be taken by Garda Inspector Michael Lacey. Garda Inspector Michael Lacey who may have links to the civic offices which hosted the Mercy Hurst College Convention. This same Garda Inspector whom is also linked directly with Garda Inspector Paul Heffernan who was in attendance at the Mercy Hurst Global Intelligence conference and whose picture can be seen in a newspaper article which we will try and publish later.
Is it now the case that Alan Evans' and Brian Sweeney’s finger prints will be misused in some way? They hope that that will not be the case. It also appears that Garda Inspector Michael Lacey would appear to possibly have a conflict of interest as this Mercy Hurst college whom hosted a global intelligence conference at King Johns Castle in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, Ireland (where a union jack was also hoisted without permission from the people of Ireland, directly disrespecting our past) would be right up his field taking into consideration he is tasked with gathering intelligence in his Garda department.
It is a pity the Garda Force would not use their resources to catch the real criminals especially EX Garda Superintendents who threatened Alan Evans that he would be found dead down and alleyway after Alan Evans had refused to run an EX Garda Cash Fund through his legitimate business. Is this the Garda Force’s way of harassing people who speak out about the truth? We are not criminals and have a constitutional right to protect ourselves and our children. We have also discovered another connection linked to Garda Inspector Michael Lacey who has a member of his immediate family working with the County Civic Offices. Further investigation has been initiated from others who are only to happy to help in this discovery.
All abuse victims survivors groups are also now being notified.
Alan Evans and Brian Sweeney also have their own grievances. tThe information in relation to these grievances at with other parties around the globe and are currently been prepared for release into the public domain. Why out of no where was this done to two innocent men who are trying to protect children? What exactly is Garda Inspector Michael Lacey trying to protect and who exactly is Garda Inspector Michael Lacey trying to protect. These arrests both happening at the same time were not a matter of coincidence.
There seems to be a serious conflict of interest here as Alan Evans and Brian Sweeney have been ongoing campaigners against a town twinning program which has been brought to our Irish Shores by Deputy John Deasey of Fine Gael. This twinning program is between Mercy Hurst College, Pennsylvania, Erie, USA and the Friary School in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford Ireland. This twinning program it is felt should be immediately stopped until questions have been answered in relation to events relating to sexual abuse which took place at the Mercy Hurst College. More information in relation to the abuse claims can be seen through the link provided http://predafile.blogspot.com/ this information has been brought to the attention of numerous political figures and the Dungarvan Gardaí, but yet this Mercy Hurst twinning program continued on and no stops were put in place until questions about this program were answered to put people at peace of mind.
Alan Evans and Brian Sweeney want to know why their finger prints and photographs were ordered to be taken by Garda Inspector Michael Lacey. Garda Inspector Michael Lacey who may have links to the civic offices which hosted the Mercy Hurst College Convention. This same Garda Inspector whom is also linked directly with Garda Inspector Paul Heffernan who was in attendance at the Mercy Hurst Global Intelligence conference and whose picture can be seen in a newspaper article which we will try and publish later.
Is it now the case that Alan Evans' and Brian Sweeney’s finger prints will be misused in some way? They hope that that will not be the case. It also appears that Garda Inspector Michael Lacey would appear to possibly have a conflict of interest as this Mercy Hurst college whom hosted a global intelligence conference at King Johns Castle in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, Ireland (where a union jack was also hoisted without permission from the people of Ireland, directly disrespecting our past) would be right up his field taking into consideration he is tasked with gathering intelligence in his Garda department.
It is a pity the Garda Force would not use their resources to catch the real criminals especially EX Garda Superintendents who threatened Alan Evans that he would be found dead down and alleyway after Alan Evans had refused to run an EX Garda Cash Fund through his legitimate business.
