A LETTER TO THE GARDA COMMISSIONER
This cartoon presents a satirical look at the corruption in many justice systems around the world, especially in the developing countries. Many even thinks that this is true even in the developed world.
The Garda Commissioner should rule by virtue of the nature of the covers ups which have been the source of some provocation, albeit to a number of intolerant criminal minded individuals that it is now becoming aparent that the Garda force are been seen as complicit in such matters of abuse and malfeasance by his office.
Considering all these facts together are evidence that all government parties the One Party State, the church, independent bodies and the Garda authority have acted in concert to institute an artifical investigative process. Such cover ups of the full crisis now been felt throughout Ireland so as to implement a safe programme of planting an idea of constant misdirection from the real issues at hand. Why you may ask? the answer all for the sole purpose to stay in high office and hold the high position of authority to Garner even further wealth.
In parallel, An Garda Siochana who assume control are actively continuing to try and consume further control of key people and evidence in what in effect should be seen as a national coup d'etat, forming the embryo of a criminal racketeering protection racket. To be sure, the notion that An Garda Siochana could be actively shielding criminal racketeers by silencing abused innocent vicitms and the concerned public with clever forms of coercion while deceptively planning to cause situations of a health and safety hazzard, even death in some situations and plunge An Garda Siochana's record further into chaos is hard to grasp.
True, few people in Ireland nowadays believe that An Garda Siochana represent the publics interests. The Unchallenged syndicate of concerted coruption has become to evident. This is especially the case when one would look at the following previous scandalous cover-ups which have already been detected and continue to be covered up. We have seen and continue to see the follwing the Ryan report, The Murphy Report, abuse case files and concerted cover-ups by An Garda Siochana, The Morris Tribunal, The Boylan case, The Shell to Sea Fiasco and assualt on the general public to protect a private company, The Abylara Fiasco. Just a few of the scandals surrounding An Garda Siochana's manipulation and cover up of information to justify the blatant shielding of criminals racketeers, the social elite and pedophiles all of whom, the main interest is to target and hurt the innocent, MEN, WOMEN and CHILDREN have eroded the public's confidence.
It is very hard for one to believe that An Garda Siochana who have sworn to protect and serve and uphold the law wish to not do so, but instead coverup criminal racketeering and most disturbingly of all allowed and continue to allow the coverup and abuse abuse of innocent little children, what is wrong with An Garda Siochana? What are An Garda Siochana really covering up? What is wrong with all the other quango's that is our politicians who have also sat back. Lets call a spade a spade here they are all complicit in such actions against the sovereign Irish people. Who do they think they are, vote for none of the political parties not one and let the people start a new political movement.
All the evidential and proven facts strongly suggest the notion that An Garda Siochana and the general publics' local and national government to to include all parties and extended authority figures, whom like a contagion acting in concert as a one party state, contemptuously give the impression they are not complicit! deliberately and knowingly implementing false investigative processes not just for a social status but to achieve significant political gain, namely the foundation of the social elite brigade who could careless about anyone but their own self inflated interests.
This same criminal minded social "elite" who exercise influence on the tax paid publics' local and national government and governing authority figures with impunity to do so by virtue of their ill gotten wealth and power, their desire only to substantiate more wealth, more power, more greed because enough is never enough and this which cannot be denied as it is now well documented (bankers, the solicitors, the politicians, the developers and others not named here).
Nevertheless, most of the general public still for now hold the opinion that An Garda Siochana still contains honest hardworking loyal Garda ofiicers, without such a belief would it be that another crisis awaits the sovereign People of Ireland? Such Garda officers whom adhere to the basic rule of law and allow themselves to be governed by a democratic policy as outlined in the Irish Constitution, unlike our growing governmental dictatorship who believe they are above the law and cannot be held accountable as did the abusers and their investigator's who feature strongly in the Ryan report case files. Such person's whom will be on the receiving end of eventual prosecution as one would clearly acknowledge throughout the irish Constitution also of which An garda Siochana are governed by.
One such article of the Irish Constitution whom many of our great ancestors gave up their lives to achieve is article 40.3
Article 40.3 would appear to have been influenced by the encyclical Rerum Novarum, an extract from which had been sent from McQuaid to de Valera.
This article clearly states that the People's rights must be religously respected wherever they exist, and it is the duty of the Public Authority to prevent and to punish violation of rights, and to protect every one in the possession of his own...wherever the general interest or Any Particular Class suffers or is threatened with mischief which can in no other way be met or prevented, the Public Authority must step in to deal with it.
"Public Authority" This would obviously mean our Garda Commissioner, An Garda Siochana or the Irish Army would it not?
"Any Particular Class" (unlike the thinking by the social elite who protect all of the above mentioned) equates to all classes and not just the so called Social Elite who have robbed and plundered the Irish State and her people with their patronizing contumely which has gone unchallanged in plain view to date, the Garda force who also have now been seen to have turned a blind eye have warranted action of Malfeasance upon the Garda Commissioners office and his force.
"Rights of the public been threatened with mischief" If our Public Authority continues ot refuse to be transparent in its actions and refuses to uphold the law and take prompt decisive action as expected by their true employers the tax paying Sovereign Irish People, An Garda Siochana will then face an action which could warrant a referendum to disband the Garda Force and deploy the Irish Army until such time there is a satisfactory replacement found, easier said than done but not impossible.
In addition, the general public's Local and national Government to include An Garda Siochana are constrained in their actions by the rule of law as set out in the Irish Constitution. Neither certainly cannot mandate such actions and cover-ups that are now known and proven to be dangerous and inadequate, and yet this is precisely what happened throughout the Ryan report abuse case files and cover-ups which are now coming to light by An Garda Siochana, again also to be mentioned is The Morris Tribunal, the Boylan case, The Shell to sea case, the Abylara case and this still continues to be the trend.
A note to the Garda Commissioner would be: do you really think you will not be effected the the even higher social elite? Ask yourself this question a few times. When you leave office what exactly is it you would wish to be remembered by the general public for? Garda Commissioner think about your own family and their children, your grandchildren what the future holds for them, we all have families and we are all part of a family. Are you really that naive that you would wallow in a brief spell of power and wealth and pompous prosperity that you would give up the liberty and respect garnered towards your families future history, everyone gets remembered for who and what they were Garda Commissioner. Garda Commissioner like the General public for now you are also but a pawn for a few short sighted greedy criminal minded intolerants. Garda Commissioner you have a duty of care to represent the Sovereign Irish People who legally appointed you, the sovereign Irish people whom are your true employers and whom provide for your salary, speak up and speak out, prosecute those who did and continue to do wrong no matter whom they may think they are. For your role been so important, to garner the trust of the Irish people and general public is worth all the tea in China. Be one day remembered in history books as a MAN who stood strong and firm, a MAN worthy of a note in your Grandchildren's history.
As John F Kennedy once said 'Let us never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate.'
Remember people 'The real hero is the MAN who fights even though he is scared.'
For too long has there been to many scared victims, denied their constitutional legal rights - their only crime been "A child hood of Innocence" blackened by a draconian abusive process.
It is hoped that this letter has touched you some bit because your ancestors would certainly be rolling over in their graves.
Should you continue with your trend in the abuse of the people of Ireland may the curse of the Irish fall upon you.
