On the 12th of March 2010 Mr. Brian Sweeney and Mr. Alan Evans whom The Garda Ombudsman's office have denied a fair and transparent hearing to, also claim they have been denied their constitutional rights and threated with the utmost of neglect and malfeasance by the Garda Siochana Ombudsman Commission's office as was thought been the last resort. Brian and Alan claim that the Garda Siochana Ombusdman Commission will not divert the next Hunger strike action protests however, with their attempted delaying tactics. Brian and Alan state, that the gloves are now off. This whole episode in relation to the Garda Corruption and the lack of independence from the Garda Ombudsman is about to become very public as it is now a serious subject and needs to be fully exposed in the public arena. It is though the public servants are ordered not to let a person start their own business or get proper training, however though thet will claim thats not the cas It is simply all a farce and the public servants need to be shown that there will be no support from the general public if they continue to threat and harrass the general public in this way.

Minister Eamonn Gilmore, while you did ignore us outside Dail Eireann until we called you over how ignorant would you think that was on a scale of 10, you been in a position that depends on the sovereign Irish peoples vote to allow you gain office. Do you think that it was appropriate to avoid us until you were called? we would think it was very inappropriate and that you have no feelings for anyone but yourself. You asked us for a piece of paper, was this to blow your nose because that is what you made us feel like. Place your hand out Mr. Gilmore and mean it, hard as that may be for you especially when two Irish people who are fighting for justice are hunger striking because it is the only avenue left. Abuse is abuse in all area's of society so shame on you for not giving us more time and attention. Mr. Gilmore as the Glove are now off we will be saying it as it is. We hope you enjoyed your dinner with Pat Rabbit when you passed us outside Dail Eireann while we were on hunger strike. However it is good to know that there is ordinary people who have a heart, that is our experience of two men whom look after the homeless on a weekly basis and took the time to deliver us a cup of tea in the freezing conditions and ask us were we ok, these men even offered us Lucozade as Brian is a type one Diabetic, they also offered Gloves because of the freezing conditions, so again shame on you Minister Gilmore and on your predecessor Pat Rabbitt. I would also now like to bring up another subject of corruption, is the one party state aware that there are false figures been given to the exchequer about property rental? It has been brought to our attention that when applying for rental subsidy and yes ministers we have proof, they, the social welfare get one contract which state the renter pays €468.00 but yet the renter is in fact tied into a contractual agreement for a higher amount, apparently the social welfare is aware of this. So we have a state body with is complicit in fraud and the One Party State ministers are not aware, ah lads come on now, I mean if you knew about the Sergeant letter and other dirty things whats up here?? You people are no longer fooling anyone.

However we are beginning to like the idea of getting our our bicycles if only another criminal hadn't stolen Alan Evans' bicycle while raiding his house to locate and decimate his evidence even further.
So to finish off send whatever you wish in the future because know this everything will now be published because we are ordinary law abiding people and we have nothing to hide and are actually going to publish our full life stories on our website. It has been brought to our attention that when applying for rental subsidy and yes ministers we have proof, they, the social welfare get one contract which state the renter pays €468.00 but yet the renter is in fact tied into a contractual agreement for a higher amount, apparently the social welfare is aware of this. So we have a state body with is complicit in fraud and the One Party State ministers are not aware, ah lads come on now, I mean if you knew about the Sergeant letter and other dirty things whats up here?? You people are no longer fooling anyone.

Then we come to Brian Sweeney, Brian applies for car insurance, he pays his car insurance, now bear in mind Brian has four children whom depend on this transport, however again on returning back from his hunger strike, his vehicle insurance company have now withdrawn his insurance stating that he did not reveal that he had been subject to a drink driving offence ---WAIT FOR IT --- 22 years ago yes 22 years ago, Brian Sweeney was young and silly but he paid his price, its not as if he killed anybody now is it, and at that time there was not a big issue about having a few beers and driving as there is today, will Jim Mc Daid be effected in the same way in 22 years time!! I mean he even forget which side of the road was the correct side driving down a motorway no less, how stupid are these individuals who are sent to disrupt our lives!!? However Brian Sweeney intends on suing this insurance company while publishing every piece of paper (is that the one you were talking about minister Gilmore) of correspondence entertained, this is blatant dirty tactics by a corrupt system and the One Party State, so keep monitoring our emails and calls also, Isn't this why the Garda Commissioner stopped his force from carrying mobiles phones, after all it has now been leaked about The One Party State having the privilege to determine even a prosecution, another example of this dictatorship, does this mean the tax payer will not have to pay Judges soon?, pity the general public do not have the same privilege not to be listened into, the law abiding ones anyway, because it is blatantly clear that since this surveillance law was passed the scumbag criminals are getting away with more? is it a fact that the corruption is about to get even more covered up, because the corrupt Garda members cannot be listened to now either. However the thing is we don't care about been listened into, so lads listen away sure we will be publishing it all anyway, so save the tax payer some money for once, maybe it could be put into the Dail Lottery which we have only learned of, it could become a BACK TO BACK lottery!!. The girl who took his application in the first place only asked Brian Sweeney if he had any driving convictions in the last 7 years, You guessed it right he hasn't. But now apparently you are never clear of a conviction, unconstitutional, wouldn't you say. Denying Brian Sweeney his social time with his children whom he loves dearly and he has a story about his fight to protect his children and the Garda Corruption which surrounds this episode. Amazing really is anyone in this country apart from the Criminal Minded social elite not effected. They tried this same tactic on Alan Evans when an Ex Garda Member rang his insurance company and claimed he was still an active Garda Superintendent and that he had stolen the car he was driving and that he should be immediately uninsured on it, this was not only untrue but also a crime because if the Insurance clerk had not been so adept at her job and called Alan Evans, this man could have put not only Alan Evans' life in jeopardy but also other road users, but again it is covered up. However we are beginning to like the idea of getting our our bicycles if only another criminal hadn't stolen Alan Evans' bicycle while raiding his house to locate and decimate his evidence even further.
So to finish off send whatever you wish in the future because know this everything will now be published because we are ordinary law abiding people and we have nothing to hide and are actually going to publish our full life stories on our website. Brian Sweeney has even stated that he is going to publish the corruption in the family law system. You see we have nothing, the system has taken everything just look at what they are prepared to do to us above and remember we were on hunger strike, and remember what we said about the lack of feeling from all the politicians - this one party state. The system cannot take anything else there is nothing left to give or take. We are however now prepared to give up our lives and commence a full scale hunger strike the next time round and highlight not to the corrupt one party state but to the sovereign people, this is who we do this for.
Ps. Mary Harney should be Jailed and so should Willy O Dea as Willy O Dea was an officer of the court and knew the implications of what he was doing, is it that Willy went Wonka? (oh actually wasn't that Mary Couglan who it appears to dislike cadbury's chocolate!!), as an officer of the court he has blatantly played a role as double agent when it suited and should be seen to be prosecuted in the public arena, however Mary Harney should have informed Willy that X-ray's go through everything and that there was no way out of it, except to run. When will our Garda Commissioner stop been controlled by the Minister For Justice? The Minister for justice is but a legislator and should have no role in the control of the Garda force or the Garda Commissioner for that fact. The Garda Commissioner Factna Murphy will have to be seen sooner rather than later to stand by the Sovereign Irish people, because his office and his force is on a thin thread of being rejected out rightly by the Irish Sovereign people who are his real employers. The Garda force who many think is independent has now been clearly shown in recent weeks to been controlled, especially in the Trevor Sergeant incident, it is now becoming a situation which seems like the Garda force is out of control and a suggestion maybe that the Irish Army will have to take control of this country for a number of years until this is sorted out once and for all, the Garda force is clearly out of control and protecting criminals. After all the powers that be have stated that the Irish Army are no longer needed in Chad, well hello to the One Party State, they are needed in Ireland will all the corruption and terrorists and 69 dangerous pedophiles which our One Party State have left into our country, We just hope to god none of them are Doctors working for the HSE who has a mind like Neary the surgeon, Just more cover ups by the One Party State.
Brian Cowen has confidence in his arrogant ministers!! hot air gets waffled around Dail Eireann like the engine of a jumbo jet just running on the ground but going nowhere. Its seems to us that Brian Cowen would have confidence in a three legged pie ball pony, maybe he could create a new tent in Galway and call it the international three legged pie ball pony Darby!!.
Lastly the slurring by members of the Garda Force are an absolute disgrace and this can also be proven and these members are going to be exposed one way or the other, lots of people have this information now. Its a national disgrace to say that a member of the General public has to go to great lengths and put their own lives in jeopardy so as to protect their good name from these scumbags who hold positions of authority, yes that includes these Garda Members.
Oh one last thing however, we do have to acknowledge that all the Garda members in Dublin treated us with the utmost of friendliness and respect which was rather comforting to say the least, actually some seemed quite shocked with our story and stated that it was hard to believe as they had joined up to the force to protect and serve, I have to ask would this be a new way of thinking or rather the Guidance of the new Garda Commissioner because for once the General public are now seeing arrests of corrupt Garda Members. Its a pity that outside the metropolitan area's we are met with blatant ignorance and contempt of the law, well that was our experience anyways, but maybe this could be a different situation if we were complaining to them, considering all the cover ups attached to the abuse victims (the Ryan Report). Madness really, 165,000 poor little innocent children violated, but yet we have cowards in office protecting this evil and it just continues, We have to remove the source once and for all connected to this problem no matter what it takes and shame on them all.
